How do I return my order?

how to return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@safariisky.com  with your return or exchange request. Please include your order number, the Safarii Sky item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and any additional instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior email confirmation.
  3. Carefully repackage the item(s), ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in original, unworn condition. Send the parcel using a tracked courier service.
  4. Email your tracking number to info@safariisky.com as soon as the parcel has been sent.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. You’ll be notified via email of the outcome (approval or rejection), and next steps will be provided accordingly.

Please note, Safarii Sky is not responsible for lost returns.

We recommend retaining your tracking receipt.
Returns that do not meet our criteria (e.g., worn, washed, or altered garments) will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

What if my item is faulty?

If the product is faulty a refund will be provided. Please email our team with a picture of your faulty item and we will be more than happy to offer a full refund or an exchange for another item.

How do I know if an item will be restocked?

You can use the “Notify Me” feature on the product’s page, and this will notify you via email if the product comes back in stock! We also love hearing your suggestions on styles that you would like to see from Safarii Sky, so be sure to contact our team and we can pop you on our request list to be notified if it ever does make a comeback.
