We understand that sometimes your purchase isn’t quite right. If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return your item within our 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Safarii Sky will exchange, refund to gift voucher, or refund to original payment method any full price item purchased through Safariisky.com
The Safarii Sky garment(s) must be unworn, in original condition, and with all labels and swing tags still attached.
Please ensure the Safarii Sky garment(s) is to be returned within the seven day period, with the studio being notified via email prior to sending back. It must have tracking added to the parcel, and the tracking number sent to the Safarii Sky team. See below for a step-by-step process.
Eligible exchanges can be for an item of equal or lesser value The customer must pay for the price difference on any exchange to an item of higher value. The difference in price will be refunded to gift voucher on any exchange to an item of lesser value.

Any returns or exchange shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer.
discounted items:
If the Safarii Sky garment(s) was purchased with a promotional code (e.g. 10% off), it is considered discounted and are eligible for exchange or gift voucher refund only. Refunds to original payment methods will not be provided for change of mind returns on discounted purchases.
faulty items:
If an item is deemed faulty by the Safarii Sky team, an exchange or refund can be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. A return label will also be provided for the faulty item. We will assess the Safarii Sky garment(s) once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow for up to 10 working days for any refund to be issued to your bank account once confirmed by our team. If you have concerns about your Safarii Sky garment(s) being faulty, please email info@safariisky.com
how to return or exchange:
- Email us at info@safariisky.com with your return or exchange request. Please include your order number, the Safarii Sky item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and any additional instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior email confirmation.
- Carefully repackage the item(s), ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in original, unworn condition. Send the parcel using a tracked courier service.
- Email your tracking number to info@safariisky.com as soon as the parcel has been sent.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. You’ll be notified via email of the outcome (approval or rejection), and next steps will be provided accordingly.
Please note, Safarii Sky is not responsible for lost returns.
We recommend retaining your tracking receipt.
Returns that do not meet our criteria (e.g., worn, washed, or altered garments) will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
